Information you provide

Program and interview requests collect your name, phone number, email, location, graduation university and year, current role, implant experience, learning goals, preferred start time, contact preference, and any optional note. Webinar registration collects your contact details, graduation background, role, implant experience, program interest, and question for the speaker. Please do not submit patient information or medical records.

How your information is used

DIMPACAD uses your answers to review and respond to your request or registration. Sending a form does not confirm admission, an interview appointment, a place on a program, or a payment. Webinar joining details are shared when confirmed.

Storage and technical information

Submissions are stored in the website's WordPress database for the academy team to review. Webinar registrations may also store limited campaign, referral, and landing page information so the team can understand how people found the event. These forms do not subscribe you to marketing messages or send automatic email notifications.

Links and third-party services

The site links to social platforms and Google Maps and loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive technical connection information when used and apply their own privacy policies.
